Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Delivery Areas and Availability
We deliver to various locations within NYC.
Delivery is available from Mondays to Sundays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Delivery Process
Flowers are delivered to the recipient’s address provided during ordering.
We do our best to deliver within the requested time window; however, we cannot guarantee precise timing.
We will contact recipient prior to delivery to ensure someone is home to receive it. If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location or reschedule the delivery.
